So all the singing of "rain, rain, GO AWAY" finally paid off! No rain! No drizzle! No mist! Hooray!!! Yesterday we went to the mall to play at the indoor playground since everywhere else around here looks like a mud wrestling pit. Rodgers and Kylie had a blast playing with Tyler and Bryce and seeing baby Dylan! Rodgers acted like he was too cool for the baby when we were at the mall, but he was excited to tell Daddy last night that he "got to look at the little baby Dylan who is 10 days old!" As we were leaving the mall, Rodgers looked up at the sky and said, "Umm, Mama? Is that the sun??? Did it come out to make it hot? I missed the sun!" How cute is that?? I told him we definitely all missed the sun and we were happy to see it again. Last night as we were getting gas before driving out to Rod's soccer game, Rodgers saw that the moon was already out. He said, "Mama, there is the moon...AND the sun. The sun didn't want to sleep again because it was sleeping for too long." So there you have it; the sun is out to stay!
Now some of you may be thinking, "How big is Kylie now??" Well, let me just tell you! - SO BIG! This morning I caught her going down the stairs standing up and holding onto the railing!!!! Yikes! I wasn't ready for that one since Rodgers couldn't even reach the railing til he was almost 2! haha!
